Helpful Tip from my mommy:
Very useful as I age and the orange juice jug is like breaking into a toxic container. I seriously thought the plastic cap is enough, but once I was able to get through it there's another pull tab that is hard to grab and lift. Mom's tip: RUBBERBAND! Save your broccoli and asparagus rubber bands as they are thicker and you place them around the lids. For the really hard ones (MY PEANUT BUTTER JARS) 😵‍💫I use two and place one below the lid to grip the jar and one on the lid to use at the same time, and twist. Then, for them small, thin plastic pull tabs, use to "grip" the plastic pull piece and lift like a champ. 😁

In 2013, I finished therapeutic massage school. I was licensed in 2015. Three days before my first "paying client" at my new career job, I woke up and couldn't get out of bed. I moped around the house all day with minimal movement to eliminate and for nourishment, both with heat, pain and with struggle. I finally messaged my instructor to see if she could help.
She came that evening and massaged me. I knew before I had turned over to my front that my back problem had subsided.
I felt confirmed in my profession that not only could healing happen with therapeutic massage but also that I was in the right profession.. I love God, awesome Creator of this amazing, self-repairing, fascinating body which is a temple or tent for His Spirit (by design), and I love massage! The ART of massage being in the heART! 🤩❤️‍🩹🙏
Oh, and of course, I love you too!
