Here is another local place I tried yesterday. It was very good. Refection rainbow cafe across from Walmart in Morehead this is the fiesta fresh with chicken . Was delicious and so filling. Eating healthy . Shop and support local . Thank you

Had the EMT at my apartment at 2 am. Apparently I passed out twice. Hit my kitchen floor, may have cracked my tailbone. Delaney handled it calmly and did what she needed to do. I think it’s a crime to charge an outrageous charge for transport to the hospital. I denied transport but am at urgent care now. I’ve never had the flu like this. I’m use to a 24 hour bug. They said most likely dehydration and weakness caused the black outs. I don’t ever encourage people to get vaccinated , just be aware of the consequences if you do contact the flu and be prepaired . I’m so sorry for everyone I had to cancel on. I’ll keep you posted . I would rather you be safe and well than around me .
