Yoga at the Brewery

Join us for all levels yoga upstairs at Sawstone Brewery in Morehead, KY. Class is on Tues at 6pm. My name is Gina Gonzalez and I am a 200 hour RYT.

Welcome to Yoga at the Brewery, a donation-based yoga practice at Sawstone Brewery in Morehead, KY. I have enjoyed teaching fitness classes my entire adult life and have taught everything from group cycle and step aerobics to pilates and Zumba! I have also been a personal trainer and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have degrees in wellness and exercise science and pride myself on providing a safe and effective class for all of my participants. Yoga at the Brewery is open to all fitness levels and provides a yoga format that is inclusive to all. I hope to see you in one of our classes soon.
