Claire Regional’s Outpatient Center offers physical, occupational & speech therapy and a sleep center. Our friendly and experienced staff are available to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The Outpatient Center provides the scheduling flexibility to accommodate each patient. ☺️ Applications are now open for Camp Smile! This one-day camp is open to children, 5-17 years old, who have suffered the loss of a loved one. The campers spend the day with bereavement counselors who will facilitate a variety of activities to guide the children through feelings of grief and loss. Campers will have opportunities to participate in outdoor activities and crafts, and will receive a free t-shirt. This event is free, but space is limited. Heat-related illness doesn’t just affect people who work outside—indoor spaces without A/C or proper ventilation can be dangerous too. It's vital to understand the risks of extreme temperatures and the signs of heat exhaustion and stroke to watch for. ☀️🌡️

Heat exhaustion can look like:
🔴 Headache
🔴 Dizziness
🔴 Nausea
🔴 Heavy sweating
🔴 Weakness

Take action fast to prevent it from becoming heat stroke. Heat stroke is a medical emergency. Call 911 if you see:
🔴 Slurred speech
🔴 Confusion or unconsciousness
🔴 Very high body temperature
🔴 Hot, dry skin or seizures

We’ve known it for decades: smoking is dangerous. It’s a major cause of heart disease, cancer, chronic lung issues, and even infertility and vision loss. It harms not just those who smoke, but also the people around them through secondhand exposure.
