What a winter we've experienced so far.... my car still hanging on secured to a tree with a strap !

Be careful out there!
Hope everything melts soon!

Keep breathing ... slow consistent, equal in depth and duration!

Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ class canceled for Monday!

As you can see, my car 🚗took a slide 😱from our thick frozen driveway to halfway down the hill on the right side of the yoga studio . It is currently secured with a chain/strap to a tree trunk to keep it from sliding down to Bluestone Rd !

Cannot wait until this thick ice is gone! Praying 🙏 for sunshine and warmer temperatures!
