A little glimpse of our Candlelight yoga.

Last Monday was a snow day, only three of us flowed.

Together we flowed with gentleness, with ease, with breath and with strength.

Together we flowed without pressure, without expectations, without judgment and without intimidation.

We flowed together, in the shadows and the flicker of the candlelight.

Come join in on this most therapeutic 45 minutes of your week! Walk-ins welcome!
