I’m excited to share that I’m now a certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach through Girls Gone Strong!
This certification has given me the tools to help women and birthing individuals safely and confidently navigate movement during pregnancy and after birth. Training in this chapter of life looks different for everyone, and it’s about so much more than exercise—it’s about rebuilding strength, supporting recovery, and honoring the changes your body has gone through.
A key focus of this work is pelvic floor and core health, which play an important role in long-term strength, stability, and overall well-being. Strength training during pregnancy can also be incredibly beneficial for labor itself—improving endurance, supporting optimal positioning, and helping the body better manage the physical demands of birth.
Whether your goals involve returning to exercise, moving with more confidence, or simply feeling supported in your body, my approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs.
Above all, I strive to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered.
