It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dr. Amy Conley-Sallaz.

Dr. Amy Conley-Sallaz was a phenomenal educator, beloved family medicine physician, colleague, mentor, neighbor and friend. She loved sharing her knowledge of both medicine and life with our residents and medical students, shaping the minds of countless current and future medical providers throughout Eastern Kentucky and beyond.
