Our office specializes in laser treatment of tongue, lip and buccal ties for babies, kids and adults. Team Tongue Tie performs laser frenectomies using our state of the art CO2 laser. We help babies nurse and bottle feed better by releasing tethered oral tissue. We treat children with feeding, dental, and speech issues. We treat adults with speech issues, tie related dental problems and chronic ja

w pain. Our practice focuses on correct diagnosis, treatment, management, follow up, and support for tongue tie issues. We have onsite lactation support and Occupational Therapy care. We also handle referrals for Chiropractic and Craniosacral Therapy, myofascial therapy, and speech therapy.

From Mom: “Kai had his first medical procedure today to correct his tongue tie, along with releasing a lip tie and a buccal tie. While it was pretty mentally tolling, but the Lord was with us. Kai handled it like a champ and came out of it with going to Walmart to get a new toy. I just seriously want to recommend Team Tongue Tie. 🌟Exciting News! 🌟

Yesterday marked our first collaboration day with Dr. Alisa Sacker from Team Tongue Tie! She is now seeing patients right here in our office for the diagnosis and treatment of tethered oral tissues (TOTs), including tongue ties and lip ties.

Alisa Sacker is a Board Certified Pediatrician, MD and an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, IBCLC. She has been in medical practice for 30 years caring for children and in private pastice as aunt practice as owner of Team Tongue Tie for the past 7 years. She is passionate about teaching and treating restricted ties.

TOTs can impact everything from breastfeeding and speech to sleep and overall oral function, and early diagnosis is key to effective treatment.

If you or a loved one are struggling with potential signs of tongue or lip ties, Dr. Sacker & is now available to help—right here at Kentucky Pain Institute / Spurlock Chiropractic Centre!
