Every Monday morning I lead a senior strength training class in Riverside. These men and women are easily in their late 60s, 70s and some maybe in the 80s. Initially when I pulled out the Boot Camp equipment (bosu ball, wall ball and kettlebells I was a little concerned, but they all jumped in and they get after it every Monday morning 💪🏋️‍♂️💪😎 and they also look like they're having fun with it too 💪😎

Today I was gifted this beautiful piece of art done by military brother Miquel. Miquel is a Marine Corp veteran who served his country honorably and now does artistic works🎨 like this here 🇺🇲. I am honored to be able call Miquel a friend and brother 🇺🇲 thanks again Miquel for taking the time to make this beautiful rendition of our flag 🇺🇲🇺🇲 much respect bro 🇺🇲🇺🇲

Most Monday mornings I lead a senior fitness class in Riverside and I've been doing it a few months now. I was initially concerned because the majority of the ladies are Spanish speaking and my Español is not so good. 😊 but they really enjoy when I let them play with the toys as I call them. They especially enjoy the agility ladder as it reminds them of when they were young girls (info I got from a few of them). I'm also reminded to give myself some space and grace and not be so hard on myself as they look like they're enjoying it and getting some healthy benefits from it 💪

I've been doing another senior fitness class down here in Riverside at a different location....today was the biggest crowd so far...an absolutely amazing group of seniors who love playing with the toys to get a good workout 💪🏋‍♀️

Back to doing class with these amazing seniors...so motivated by this group of people...Sherry (doing push-ups)..is 93 and gets after it every time she's here Dolores (on the bosu ball) is only 90 😎....and most every once else is late 70s and early 80s... 💪🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍☯️🇺🇸
