Today we’re highlighting two of our amazing Behavioral Health Technicians who help keep Fairview running every single day. 💙

Our BHTs are the heartbeat of our program, providing support, structure, encouragement, and a steady presence for our clients through every step of their recovery journey. From early mornings to late nights, they show up with compassion, patience, and dedication that truly makes a difference.

While these are the only two we caught on camera that day, we are incredibly grateful for our entire team of technicians who work hard behind the scenes every day. 🙌
