This is why fighting yourself doesn’t work.
It reinforces the very signal your body is trying to resolve.
Healing isn’t force.
It’s not pushing through.
It’s not overriding your body.
It’s changing the signal.
From threat → safety
From resistance → awareness
From protection → regulation
This is where the nervous system resets and the body softens.
You don’t heal by becoming someone new…
you heal by creating safety within yourself.
