We’re continuing to highlight our occupational therapy team and next up is Kristy Jenkins, OTR/L! 🧡

Kristy is a Union County native who became an Occupational Therapist in 2009 after earning her degree from the University of Southern Indiana.

She has experience working with a variety of patients and has a strong passion for pediatrics, helping children improve their skills, independence, and confidence through individualized care.

Kristy brings compassion, experience, and a patient-first mindset to every session, making an impact on those she works with each day.

We’re so grateful for the care and dedication she brings to our team and our patients! 👏

🌟 OT Spotlight: Dr. Hayley Rickard! 🌟

We’re continuing to highlight our occupational therapy team and next up is Dr. Hayley Rickard, OTD, OTR/L! 🧡

Hayley grew up near Henderson, KY and attended Kentucky Wesleyan College, where she played collegiate soccer and earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She then went on to receive both her Bachelor’s in Occupational Science and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

She has experience in outpatient hand therapy and acute care, and enjoys treating conditions related to the hand, elbow, and shoulder while helping patients get back to the activities that matter most to them.

Hayley is also a certified yoga instructor and is passionate about educating patients so they feel confident and empowered in their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

We’re so grateful for the energy, compassion, and care she brings to our team and our patients every day! 👏

🌟 OT Spotlight Week: Britney Ervin! 🌟

We loved highlighting our physical therapy team and now we’re excited to shift the spotlight to another incredible part of what we do… our occupational therapy team! 🧡

Kicking it off is our co-founder, Britney Ervin, OTR/L!

Britney is an owner and occupational therapist at Ervin Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Missouri State University.

She has experience across a variety of settings, including pediatrics, acute care, orthopedics, and hand therapy, but has a special passion for women’s health and pelvic therapy. After experiencing postpartum challenges herself, she became driven to help other women understand the root cause of their symptoms and get back to feeling like themselves again.

Britney also has a background in running and is a certified Running Gait Analyst, helping injured and postpartum runners return to what they love.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, hiking, and running.

We’re so grateful for the vision, passion, and care she brings to our team and our patients every day! 👏

🌟 PT Spotlight: Sabrina Holmes! 🌟

This week, we’re highlighting our incredible physical therapy team and last but not least is Sabrina Holmes, PTA! 🧡

Sabrina is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in KY, IN, and TN with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings, including nursing homes and home health. She has been part of the EPT team since 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge to our clinic.

She especially enjoys working with patients experiencing neurological conditions, balance issues, and weakness, and is passionate about helping them regain confidence and independence in their movement.

Sabrina values teamwork and loves being part of a clinic that works together to help every patient reach their goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in her church, singing, and rock climbing.

This week, we’re highlighting our physical therapy team and next up is Shelby Schneider, PTA! 🧡

Shelby is a Henderson native who graduated from Henderson County High School in 2023. She went on to attend Madisonville Community College, where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2025.
She brings experience from acute care, outpatient, and inpatient rehab settings, and even completed a clinical rotation here at EPT before joining the team.

Shelby is passionate about helping patients improve and values authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and faith in the care she provides.

We’re so excited to have her on our team and can’t wait to see the impact she continues to make! 👏

Dr. Sarah is an Evansville native who graduated from F.J. Reitz High School before attending the University of Evansville, where she earned both her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

She treats a wide range of conditions and is certified in pelvic floor rehabilitation, with a passion for helping patients understand that pain, even with aging, isn’t something they just have to live with.

Dr. Sarah especially enjoys working with patients experiencing chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and orthopedic conditions, and values building strong one-on-one connections to better understand each patient’s goals.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and spending time with her dog, Jenny, along with being involved in her community and church.

Dr. Andrew is a Henderson native who graduated from Henderson County High School before continuing his education at the University of Southern Indiana and the University of Kentucky, where he earned his degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Evansville.

He specializes in orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, pain management, and return-to-sport rehab, and is certified in dry needling, spinal manipulation, and functional movement systems.

Dr. Andrew is passionate about helping patients move better, prevent injury, and get back to doing what they love through personalized, goal-driven care.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, being outdoors, and keeping up with sports.

This week, we’re highlighting our incredible physical therapy team and next up is Dr. Trevor Claridge, PT, DPT, CSCS! 🧡

Dr. Trevor grew up in Petersburg, IN and earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana before going on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University.

He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and specializes in working with overhead athletes, especially helping athletes get back to their sport pain-free.

Dr. Trevor also has a background in strength and conditioning, which he integrates into rehab to help patients return to their normal activities stronger and more confident.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, strength training, and reading.

This week, we’re highlighting our physical therapy team, kicking it off with our co-owner, Dr. Isaac Ervin! 🧡

Dr. Isaac is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-owner of Ervin Physical Therapy. He specializes in musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries, focusing on identifying the root cause of symptoms so patients can achieve long-term results, not just temporary relief.

He’s passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love and improving their overall quality of life through individualized, hands-on care.

Dr. Isaac also values transparency, empathy, resiliency, and teamwork, which is reflected in the way he leads both our team and our patient care.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys being a dad, spending time with his family, hiking, and working out.

We’re grateful to have his leadership and passion guiding our team every day!
