🌟 Spotlight: Kristy Jenkins, MS, OTR/L 🌟

Kristy is one of our pediatric Occupational Therapists — and if you’ve ever seen her work with a child, you know how special she is. She has a gift for meeting kids where they are, helping them feel safe, understood, and capable. Whether she’s building fine motor skills, working through sensory challenges, or helping little ones gain confidence in everyday tasks, she does it with patience and heart.

Parents trust her, kids light up around her, and our team is better because of her. She pours so much into the families she serves, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her here at EPT.

🌟 Spotlight: Dr. Hayley Rickard, OTD, OTR/L 🌟

Hayley is one of our dedicated Occupational Therapists at Ervin Physical Therapy. She grew up right near Henderson and earned her bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Kentucky Wesleyan College, followed by her Occupational Science and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Her passion lies in helping people not just work through pain, but truly return to doing the things that matter in their lives — especially hands, arms, and daily functional motion.

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find Hayley lifting weights, hiking, or spending time with family and friends.

Shelby is one of our Physical Therapist Assistants at Ervin Physical Therapy. A 2025 graduate of Madisonville Community College, she’s passionate about helping patients regain strength, confidence, and independence, especially when it comes to balance and everyday mobility.

Outside the clinic, Shelby loves working out, being outdoors, and a little bit of shopping on the side.

Sabrina is one of our Physical Therapist Assistants here at Ervin Physical Therapy, bringing over 25 years of knowledge to our team. She has a special passion for neurological rehab and balance training, helping patients rebuild strength, confidence, and independence.

Outside the clinic, Sabrina enjoys rock climbing with her husband, serving in her church community, and staying active through exercise!

🌟 Meet Dr. Andrew Branson, DPT 🌟

Andrew is a physical therapist here at Ervin Physical Therapy and a Henderson native who’s passionate about helping people move better and feel their best. He works with a wide range of patients — from athletes recovering from injuries to anyone just wanting to get back to everyday life without pain.

With certifications in dry needling, spinal manipulation, and functional movement, Andrew takes a hands-on approach to finding what really works for each person.
Outside the clinic, you’ll catch him lifting, golfing, or hanging out with his wife Maci, and their dog Emjay.

We’re glad to have Andrew as part of the EPT team!

🌟 Spotlight: Dr. Sarah Lisembee, PT, DPT 🌟

Sarah is an Evansville native and one of our dedicated physical therapists here at Ervin Physical Therapy. She earned both her bachelor’s and doctorate from the University of Evansville, where her passion for helping others through movement began.

Sarah treats a wide range of conditions, from orthopedic and post-operative care to pediatrics and neurological rehabilitation. She’s especially passionate about helping patients understand that aging doesn’t have to mean living with pain — and that small changes can make a big impact.

When she’s not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys playing tennis, walking her dog Jenny, cheering on the Aces and Cardinals, and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters and her local church community.

We’re so thankful for the compassion, authenticity, and energy she brings to the EPT team every day! 💜🧡

Trevor is one of our dedicated physical therapists here at Ervin Physical Therapy. He has a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and enjoys helping patients of all ages — from athletes returning to sport to individuals recovering after surgery.

He’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Outside the clinic, Trevor enjoys working out, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

As the co-owner and founder of Ervin Physical Therapy, Isaac Ervin has dedicated his career to helping people move, feel, and live better. Alongside his wife, Britney Ervin, he’s built EPT on a foundation of compassion, innovation, and community care.

Isaac specializes in treating complex orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehab, and performance optimization—always striving to uncover the why behind each patient’s pain. His goal? Long-term solutions, not temporary fixes.

When he’s not in the clinic, Isaac enjoys family adventures with Britney and their two children, Olive and Ezra, and keeping up with his own fitness goals.
