UCHS students Teagan Howard, Miley Mosley, and Ashlynn Hargrove presented today at the Regional Leadership Coalition meeting hosted by the River Valley Regional Prevention Center. The students, who are members of the Regional Youth Coalition, shared about their vision to bring awareness to the dangers of va**ng and help reduce va**ng use among students. The group plans to prepare “Quit Kits” full of resources to help students quit or prevent va**ng. Representatives from RiverValley Behavioral Health’s seven-county region used today’s meeting to discuss how to effectively address substance misuse prevention. We thank our students and our Family Resource & Youth Services Center team for taking an active role in this important initiative!
