Wellness Week Day 5! 🌿

We wrapped up an amazing week with an awesome show from Gotcha Groove! 🎶 Our residents absolutely love their fun, upbeat music-they had everyone smiling and dancing along!

To top it off, we enjoyed delicious cinnamon sugar donuts and ice cream 🍩🍦-the perfect sweet treat to close out the week.

It’s been a fantastic Wellness Week filled with joy, music, and mindful moments as we prioritized health and wellness together. 💙✨

Wellness Week Day 4 🌿

Today our residents enjoyed a hands-on activity making delicious refrigerator pickles 🥒-a fun (and tasty!) way to celebrate wellness together!

In the afternoon, we welcomed Reverend Nick Honerkamp, who shared an inspiring message on the power of forgiveness, reminding us how it can preserve and enhance our joy, health, peace, and relationships. 💛

🌿 Wellness Week Day 3! 🌿

We started the day off with a delicious breakfast and some incredibly important information about strokes, shared by resident Brenda, Morgan Deal, Patient Experience teammate, and Courtney Ashley, Stroke Coordinator. Thank you all for your wonderful and informative talks! 💚

Several lucky residents even went home with some fun prizes! 🎉

Later in the day, Kelli led our Senior Workout of the Day class, and it was a huge hit - full of energy, laughter, and movement. 💪✨

Welcome to the first day of Wellness Week! 🌿

We kicked things off with a fantastic Wellness Fair featuring a variety of booths where residents picked up great goodies, donated blood, and took part in free health screenings. It was a wonderful turnout - thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success! 💚

A group of our residents enjoyed a fun outing to Grandfather Mountain today! 🌄 They walked across the Mile High Swinging Bridge, saw some amazing wildlife, and took in the breathtaking views. The weather was absolutely perfect and everyone had such a great time! ⛰️🐻
