As the school year kicks off, it's the perfect time to make sure your kids are healthy, energized, and ready to learn! Think check ups, updated shots, healthy snacks, and bedtime routines! Adequate sleep is so so important for developing young minds (and old minds too of course!).
And when the school bells start ringing the germs start singing so make sure your little petri dishes wash hands often and avoid touching mouth and eyes as much as they can! 💪📚
