Health by Happiness is a portal for a dramatically different understanding of the Spirit, Mind, Body Connection and the power of greater possibility it reveals. As a Registered Nurse and Adult Nurse Practitioner for several decades, I am grounded in the science of health, wellness and disease. My quest has pushed my understanding beyond what is available in conventional classrooms and opened my eyes to the power that lays deep in the human spirit and our search for true happiness and purpose. As a healer and consultant, I see the potential and the possibility available to each of us if we are courageous enough to ask the hard questions and let go of the familiar past that tethers us to our obstacles and crippling belief systems.
