Kristi intervened for a client who was in distress. The client declined medical attention, but with gentle confrontation and encouragement, the client was sent to urgent care. Kristi responded swiftly and saved this client's life, as the client was soon diagnosed with pneumonia and pulmonary embolism. We are so proud of Kristi for being alert and monitoring the client's well-being promptly.

Gwen has taken on designing a new excel spreadsheet for all of the outpatient therapists to use. This spreadsheet will be a huge time saver for everyone, providing a more efficient way to document our caseloads, when various items are due, and when they are completed. This effort, on her part, is above and beyond her "normal" duties as an outpatient clinician.

A huge Thumb's UP to our SUD Programs for Exceptional Service Delivery! This team has been working hard to promote our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment (SAIOP) and Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) programs! They had their first group today, with five people in attendance! We couldn't be more proud of this team for their compassion and expertise they bring to these new programs!
