On behalf of our staff, we Thank You for taking a look at us & considering us for your PT needs. Our mission is to provide you with a safe & comfortable environment that allows for the time & space to begin healing. Our compassionate care comes from a long desire of wanting to help people live longer, fuller & healthier lives. We draw upon our years of experience in therapeutic bodywork & healing

arts to provide each patient with one-on-one compassionate & attentive care. It is our goal for each patient to want to look inward within themselves, to find a hidden wisdom and are then ready to come to a new place of understanding of not only their phyiscal body but of themselves as a whole. Through this understanding will evolve a person who is willing to engage in their treatment program by being present in their minds and bodies during their time with us. We believe that long term pain relief requires a joint effort. Therefore, our patients can expect a Therapist who will work with them as a team to learn & discover what may be needed, verses someone who may promise to just "fix" them. And the patient shows diligence in their home exercise program & this leads to healthier lifestyle habits! Healing can often be a multidimensional process & patients that take a active role on many levels in their healing process often reach new levels of wellness that are very rewarding in every aspect of their lives! Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach. By looking at the body as a whole instead of the many separated parts, we slowly begin to identify patterns & connections that lead us to a cause in order to discover a therapeutic outcome to the problem. Learning to listen & to communicate with our body & its energy in such a manner that it feels safe, to the body allows us to mindfully & energetically engage our mind & spirit to complete the path to wellness.

We will be closed on Monday due to inclement weather this weekend. If we are unable to get our parking lot cleared, we may also need to close on Tuesday. We will let all scheduled patients know in advance if we are canceling on Tuesday. Sorry for the inconvenience, but no one should get hurt coming to therapy. Stay safe and warm.🥶

And lastly, due to a slight increase in some of our operational costs, such as our laundry and therapy supplies (k-tape, leukotape etc.) we are increasing our self pay rate for the first time in several years! Effective January 1, 2026 our self pay rate is $120/visit.

More insurance info changes for 2026. Up next is AETNA STATE HEALTH PLAN for state employees. The CPP program is gone as of January 1, 2026. Depending on the type of plan you have, your copays will increase as follows:
80/20 plans will be a $42. copay a visit
70/30 plans will be a $62. copay a visit.

As we are approaching the end of the year, it is time for your reminders for insurance changes for 2026.

First up is Medicare. The annual Medicare deductible is $283. For budgeting convenience for our patients we are happy to break that down into 3 installments on your first 3 visits of $94/visit.
For folks with Medicare & supplement plans, most supplements don’t cover the deductible. Please check your plans to know if you need to pay deductible.
For folks with Medicare Advantage plans, the deductible does not apply to you.
Regarding Medicare Advantage, we can no longer accept Humana HMO-D-SNP plans. We will remain out-of-network with Humana and can accept Humana Advantage HMO or PPO plans, but no SNP. Please review your Medicare plan benefits carefully before scheduling!

We have TEN Senior families who have signed up at the Burke County Senior Center to receive a box! Many thanks and much appreciation for those who help us each year to bring a holiday meal to a senior family!
