There are multiple ways to address a high visceral fat level. Let's start with nutrition. First and foremost, you have to get out of storage mode. When you give your body more fuel than it needs, the extra has to go somewhere. That somewhere is your liver (fatty liver), subcutaneous fat stores, visceral fat stores and even muscle. To start burning fat there needs to be deficit. A deficit can be created by cutting back on calorie dense/nutrient poor foods like sodas, chips, cookies and incorporating foods that contain fiber, nutrients and water. πŸ«πŸ“πŸ₯¦
