Makenzie and Kasey enjoyed a Breathe Soft Class last night with Sarah Spinelli at Breathe Yoga & Wellness, and it was exactly what they needed! After a long week at their desks, the deep, gentle poses helped release built up tension in the fascia and left them feeling refreshed for the weekend. The class was incredibly calming - they’ll definitely be back for more!
