Keeping your hip flexible is key to a smoother recovery and better prosthetic fit after an above-knee amputation.�💡 Did you know that staying in a bent position too long can lead to tightness and make walking harder later?

Try this:�
✅ Limit long periods of sitting�
✅ Lie flat on your stomach 2–3 times daily for 20 minutes�
✅ Avoid placing pillows under your hips, thighs, or residual limb

These simple steps can make a big difference in your mobility and comfort.�Small habits, big results. 💪
