Sometimes when people start supporting their body with oils, supplements, or lifestyle changes, they notice symptoms pop up for a short time.

I like to explain it using the cup analogy.

When the body’s cup is already full — stress, dehydration, poor sleep, emotional load, toxins — even something good can make the cup overflow.

That overflow can show up as headaches, fatigue, skin reactions, digestive upset, or allergies.

With the new year around the corner, I love taking time to reflect and set new goals, and
Frankincense is my go-to oil for this. Its grounding aroma makes it ideal for meditation or journaling. Just a few deep breaths with Frankincense diffusing, and I feel ready to go with a clear mind and an open heart. ✨
