We specialize in preparing emerging leaders to embody the courage to lead from the heart in a rapidly changing world.Based on the BRAVE Leadership Theory: Balance, Resilience, Authenticity, Vulnerability, and Emotional Intelligence.Created by .kerissa Our programs will be available virtually and in person at Mylan Park, providing executives and emerging leaders with various opportunities to develop their skills. BRAVE's offerings include private leadership consulting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for leaders, emotional intelligence assessments and counseling, workshops, retreats, and seminars on various leadership topics. We also offer customized training that will meet the needs of your students or organization. Customized programs can be held at your location, virtually, at one of our partner resorts, or live in Morgantown, West Virginia. With a focus on developing authentic and transformational leaders, BRAVE is based on the leadership theory that stands for balance, resilience, authenticity, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence and was created by Dr. Kerissa Kuis, MBA, during her doctorate of executive leadership where her dissertation was on the future of leadership development.
