The holidays are quickly approaching ! As Shaun has previously mentioned in his emails, Because Kronos cannot be adjusted and the schedule currently open for sign-up ends on 12/24, we will be running a 6-week schedule. This will allow everyone to plan around the holidays and assist with any schedule changes.
To accomplish this, we need staff to please fill out the paper schedule request sheet in the B-pod work room by Monday 11/7, There are still many staff members who have not done this. If you do not request your days, you will be scheduled the opposite of what was worked last year. Remember the schedule will post on 11/11!
As a Reminder holiday scheduling requirements are as follows:
Please sign up to work an Eve and a Day. Example: Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day.
Also sign up for the opposite of what you were scheduled to work last year.
If you would like to work more, please email me or Shaun to let us know. Any changes/ shift swaps can be made after the schedule posts on 11/11.
