Thank you to all of the moms who joined in our Mother’s Day session last night! We had a beautiful and relaxing session, but definitely got rid of some energy blocks and pain. If you missed our group session, you can always reach out to schedule a 1x1. I’ll be offering any and all moms a discount through the end of May❤️

If you’re curious about a remote reiki session, please reach out! A “remote” session means that I can tap into your energy from anywhere, so we don’t have to be in the same room, state or even country! You can receive healing from the comfort of your own home. Each session comes with an intuitive summary on your emotional/physical/mental blocks, and the steps needed to move forward.

Chakra 101 - Sacral Chakra

Chakra 101 - Root Chakra cont.
When you feel ungrounded, you may feel unfocused or anxious. An easy and simple way to help activate your root chakra is to stand barefoot in the earth. Spend a few minutes with your feet firmly planted and take three deep breaths. A great Root mantra to repeat while doing this is, “I trust in the process of life.” This is a great Sunday ritual to get you ready for the week ahead of you. Happy Grounding!

The Root Chakra is the first major chakra and is located at the base of the spine at your perineum. The color associated with the Root chakra is red. Spiritually, it is linked with your grounding energy, and feelings of safety and security. Physically, it is linked with your lower body, legs, feet and large intestines.
