It’s always a great day when a Google Review comes in! It’s even better when it opens the opportunity to talk about Bowen!

I am so grateful to my journey with Bowen for teaching me a different way to approach bodywork. After 5 years of practicing bodywork and thousands of sessions, I am learning more and more how truly better the body responds when we learn to work WITH it rather than AGAINST it.

When I first started my bodywork journey, I prided myself on my deep pressure, but as I have continued along my path, I now pride myself on being able to work with the body to persuade and encourage it to find its own balance and comfort.

Thank you all for holding witness and supporting me through this journey as I learn how to best support your bodies in return. I am so grateful to be doing work I love with people I absolutely adore.
