👏 Teacher Spotlight 👏

Everyone meet Ryan! is a husband & father, teacher & learner, and also a runner & swimmer.

Ryan has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and, teaching for over 10. He was drawn to a more challenging and athletic style of yoga to build balance and core strength for injury prevention. 🧘

When you come to one of Ryan’s classes, prepare to be challenged and leave feeling like you have accomplished something big!

You’ll probably hear songs from artists like Mac Miller, Del Playa, Jay Z, Little Simz, and Caamp. 🎧

Catch Ryan on Wednesdays at 5:30pm & 7pm.
