Looking for a useful technique to try when you are off your yoga mat?

Try Box Breathing!

Box breathing is just one of the many practices of breath regulation, or pranayama. Use this at home to calm your body and regulate your nervous system.

It takes four easy steps!

1. Inhale for a count of four…
2. Hold at the top for a count of four…
3. Exhale for a count of four…
4. Hold at the bottom for a count of four…

Repeat this breathing technique for 8-10 rounds and notice how you feel!

Join us in the studio to practice this, as well as other breathing tools, as you discover the power of your breath!
