It's been an entire year since I've introduced myself, so let's do this again!

My name is still Courtney, and I am the owner and therapist behind these posts.

Touchstone is based out of Morgantown, WV, but technology has blessed us with the ability to reach anyone in the entire state virtually.

I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I'm EMDR trained, and specialize in adult ADHD.
I see clients 18+ Monday-Friday.
I have a special interest working with clients who have depression, anxiety, adhd, trauma related disorders, and perinatal mood disorders.

In my personal life:

I stay busy with my 2 children. 👧 👦
I love a good movie or TV show. 🎬
I could read books all day. 📚
I love all genres of music, but 90's music has my heart. 💿
I am an animal lover! 🐶🐱

A general trend this week in sessions seems to be exhaustion, and this underlying belief that rest is not allowed.

The world moves so quickly that we tend to forget to slow down, take it all in, and just be.

You can't be your best self without rest.
