Thank you all for supporting and trusting me to provide you with all of my Gifts, Talents, and Passions. 7 years feels like a long time and a short blip at the same time. Statistically, most self-employed business owners don’t make it past 5 years. So cheers to creating a business from scratch, managing 6+ businesses when I had The Mindbody Center, navigating the pandemic and its post-pandemic effects on business, taxes, and now learning AI…

When I first started my business, I knew I wanted to cut out the fast paced massages that I did when I worked in physical medicine. I also wanted to provide more therapeutic aspects of massage, rather than seeing a person for 1 hour and rushing to perform magic and miracles. So, I offered my Two Hour Massage service. I was told “no one is going to book 2 hours”. It is and always has been, my most booked service and is also my most purchased Package on my website.

My goal for this next year of business is to have 60 clients who pay $1000 a year for 12, 90 Minute Massages. That gives me 2 clients per day a month, 3 hours a day. 60,000 a year, will cover my expenses and leave me with plenty of time to work on my non-profit program (ATTAR) Auricular Therapy for Trauma and Addiction Recovery. It will also allow me to create more of my Coaching Programs, like my Couples Massage Lesson with a Dinner and Wine Tasting. Currently I have 30 active Packages on my website and that means I’m already half way to my goal. Thank you to all who have purchased packages and trusted me so see how long term maintenance has drastically improved their physical and mental health.

I only ever charge for my time. I offer very reasonable prices on my services, discounted packages, and a sliding scale fee for those experiencing economic hardships. I never charge for additional services like cupping, deep tissue, 5 Needle Protocol, essential oils, stretching…etc
