🚀 Transforming Healthcare in Appalachia with AI

Proud to see the incredible work led by Trupti Joshi at Marshall University! Through the Translational Bioinformatics and AI Innovations Lab (TBAiL), innovative tools like G2PDeep and IRnet are helping predict disease risk and improve cancer treatment outcomes.

💡 What makes this truly impactful is the focus on Appalachia—addressing real challenges like chronic disease and limited access to care using AI and data science.

This is a powerful step toward more equitable and personalized healthcare for our communities. 👏
