IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Mindfulness Meditation Session 1 this Sunday, 2/8 has been shifted to start at 4:30pm!

When Mike and I scheduled the Mindfulness Meditation series, we did not realize this Sunday's session interfered with the Super Bowl (which is telling of both of our feelings on football 😆)

However, to accommodate those who might like to catch the game and hints of current events that may show up in commercials, halftime shows etc. we have decided to shift the Mindfulness Meditation Session (for this Sunday only) to start at 4:30pm.

Our second annual Mindfulness Meditation Series with Rev. Mike Travisano kicks off in just a week!

You can come and go as you please, as each session can stand alone, but we recommend bundling all 6 sessions (20% savings!) and getting more juice for the squeeze.
