Have you heard? Friday mornings Pilates + Strength sessions have been added to the schedule! Kettlebells, hand weights, bands, and maybe even some boxing!

It's been a long summer so far, with far less movement than I'm used to. Lyme Disease has been rough. But, I'm back teaching the morning class, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15! Thanks to my regulars for sticking with me when I've been so inconsistent! It feels great to be back (and it feels obvious that I haven't been doing Pilates as much as I should!) Want to join us next week? Beginners and experienced studnets are welcome!

I love the foam roller. We keep one on the back of the couch and everyone in the family uses it. Even Max the cat loves it!

I'm excited about my next continuing education course with Balanced Body, Inc. This time I'll go to Cincinnati in March to do Anatomy in 3 Dimensions, building a clay model of the body. I took an anatomy class at WVU when I first started Pilates training. This will be a fun, Pilates-focused refresher! If you need me, I'll be nerding out with the manaul for the next two months!
