❤️‍🩹‼️URGENT Mutual Aid NEED(s) for THIS Morning, ASAP & TOMORROW August 21st.

We NEED your help.
We have 4 Mutual Aid NEEDS so far for August w/ the FIRST need of $50 by 800a TODAY.

📌 This $50 ensures transportation for Kayla to & from her clinic in rural Arkansas to access a WEEK of take-home medication, that she otherwise cannot access. Can you help by donating and/or sharing?

Remaining Mutual Aid Needs for this week so far in August...

❤️‍🩹 Need raise TODAY by 300p - $90 to cover motel for today/tonight August 20th as well as medication for one one of our unhoused folks while they recover from a medical procedure.

❤️‍🩹 ASAP - $100 to replace tent & other survivor items after losing basically all their belongings to a *chance* encounter w/ enforcement officers. She really NEEDS our help.

❤️‍🩹 Need by Tomorrow August 21st - $145 to help Livvy cover past due clinic balance, avoid financial detox/discharge & help maintain access to her life saving methadone. Can you help?

We know that times are hard & there's so much uncertainty for so many of us these days. And Mutual Aid, Community Connection & living one another w/o condition, will see us through.

We have some of the most incredible community members, supporters & allies around. And we know we couldn't do any of what we do without each of you. Having said that, if you're able to help this week, w/ ANY of our Mutual Aid needs, thank you. There really are no words to describe what donating and/or sharing to support our folks, really means. But then again, if you're someone supporting our efforts, you likely already know.

For those who would like to help but just aren't able this time, maybe you're struggling too? Maybe you can't help financially but are interested in volunteering w/ MATSA or interested in having MATSA help connect you with an organization in your area, please reach out! We are ALWAYS looking for folks interested in joining our efforts.

❤️‍🩹🏠 We have a REALLY URGENT Shelter need that came to us just earlier this evening.

We NEED to raise $55 by 800p ET to help one of our unhoused folks cover a motel room for one more night. After a medical procedure they had over the weekend, shelter has been crucial for their recovery & keeping them out of immediate harm.
As you can only imagine, a few nights in a motel has made every difference for them.
But ... today, their previous support fell through & they desperately need this last night of comfort & safety as they continue to recover.

We have already spoken w/ the motel management & they've agreed to give us til 800p ET to come up w/ the funds to cover the room for the night.

✨ That's right. There IS NO *ONE* WAY. There are multiple pathways to wellness and/or recovery from chaotic or disordered drug use. And remembering that "your way" is not "the way" is one of the most important things you can do on your journey.
