I hope you are staying warm and cozy! I know many of you have heard me talk about training for a big race for my 50th. I’m happy to report I met my goal and ran 100 miles at the Dark Anchor 34 hour Ultra Challenge! I’ve included a few pics here. I’m back home and ready to work! Summer is fun, unpredictable, hectic and wonderful. Scheduling gets kind of crazy, but I am around and working most days. Please text, call, email to schedule. You can try to schedule online, but if you don’t see any time available that works for you, please reach out. It’s impossible for me to keep the online schedule accurate over summer.
