In the dark months of Winter is the time for listening and dreaming in tender quietude. The last dark moon of the Winter is upon us and she has some serious magic to share. This is the perfect time to plant seeds of intention and to watch them take root. Impeccable timing for the Spring Equinox where our true new year begins!

During this Breathwork Circle, Melita is going to share with you the hidden secrets and magic of the dark moon. You will be encouraged to cultivate your own dark moon sadhana, a personal intimate practice to engage with the new moon phase, using the tools that you have gathered from our time together.

LOVED this recent email and had to share. Melita has been working with this client with Homeopathic Remedies and NO, we were not trying to address her hair. However, when you address the person as a whole (which Homeopathy does fabulously) then things like this can happen as well!
