Sundale Rehabilitation & Long Term Care Nursing facility with 24 hour skilled, general, restorative and end of life care.

We are a 100 bed nursing facility providing 24 hour skilled, general, restorative, and end of life nursing care; skilled rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; 24 hour activity programming, social services, housekeeping; and laundry services. Improving and/or maintaining each of our residents Quality of Life while delivering quality services and outstanding care is our goal.

After three decades of hard work and commitment, we congratulate Mary Tennant on their well-earned retirement. Over the past 30 years, she has been more than just a colleague she has been a mentor, a leader, and a true cornerstone of our team. The relationships built, the knowledge shared, and the legacy created will continue to shape our organization for years to come.
Thirty years is more than a career — it’s a lifetime of memories, achievements, and lasting impact. While we will certainly miss seeing her every day, we are excited for the new adventures, relaxation, and well-deserved time ahead.
