We are a 100 bed nursing facility providing 24 hour skilled, general, restorative, and end of life nursing care; skilled rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; 24 hour activity programming, social services, housekeeping; and laundry services. Improving and/or maintaining each of our residents Quality of Life while delivering quality services and outstanding care is our goal.

We hope all of our friends and family had a wonderful Easter 💛 Our residents enjoyed watching the children have an Easter egg hunt and we had a special appearance from the Easter Bunny 🐰 He walked around the whole facility and got to visit everyone!

B-I-N-G-O! Thanks to the Service League of Morgantown ladies for a fun evening (April 15) hosting BINGO at Sundale Rehabilitation & Long Term Care . The Children's Services & Book Committees were in charge of the event. All residents won two prizes. Service League has a long-standing relationship with Sundale & has hosted BINGO games there since 1970.

Yesterday we celebrated 100 days of 2025! We played some balloon darts and had a 100 day snack! 🥳
