We are a 100 bed nursing facility providing 24 hour skilled, general, restorative, and end of life nursing care; skilled rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; 24 hour activity programming, social services, housekeeping; and laundry services. Improving and/or maintaining each of our residents Quality of Life while delivering quality services and outstanding care is our goal.

We had such a great time on Saturday for our Easter Egg Hunt! We even had a special appearance from the Chickfila Cow and the Easter Bunny himself! After three decades of hard work and commitment, we congratulate Mary Tennant on their well-earned retirement. Over the past 30 years, she has been more than just a colleague she has been a mentor, a leader, and a true cornerstone of our team. The relationships built, the knowledge shared, and the legacy created will continue to shape our organization for years to come.
Thirty years is more than a career — it’s a lifetime of memories, achievements, and lasting impact. While we will certainly miss seeing her every day, we are excited for the new adventures, relaxation, and well-deserved time ahead.
