Hi Friends!! Thanks for all the new follows! I guess after 11.5 years of business I should start putting more out there about what I’m doing at the office😜. This past weekend I completed my first 24 hour Erik Dalton workshop on the Myoskeletal Alignment Technique in Palm Beach Gardens Florida! This particular workshop was for asessment and treatment of neck, back, and sports injuries. This is called “brain based bodywork” because it involves techniques that treat the nervous system along with the musculoskeletal tissue. This was so neat because you can send signals to the brain that it is safe to release these areas, which is important for long lasting treatment. I also had an amazing time exploring PBG and the wonderful things it had to offer. The people were so kind, the food was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful. I’m excited to start implementing these techniques with my Clients!
