Hello friends!
My name is Whitney Stinson and I have decided to open up my home to offer dependable, flexible and high quality childcare for the amazing parents in our beautiful community.
I am CPR, First Aid and BLS certified
I also have my Child Development Associate (CDA)
I have experience working with preschool aged children in a class setting as well as having three kiddos of my own.
Working with kids is my passion but being home for my own children is important to me as well, so this opportunity to do what I love in my own home is so exciting!
I know from experience how hard it is to leave your kids at a babysitter/daycare or preschool, so I strive for parents to know that I treat all kids like I treat my own, with love, nurturing and compassion.
I take great pride when a parent tells me that they don't feel like they have to worry when their kids are with me. Being a parent myself, I understand that that feeling is PRICELESS.
My home will be ran much like a preschool. Early childhood education is important to me, so we will have a schedule where we will learn:
Math concepts
Science
Age appropriate literacy
Name writing
And of course building those amazing imaginations through purposeful play!
