The Elkins office sponsored a blood drive Thursday, 8/21/25.

We had 32 donors and collected 34 units. We surpassed the goal that the Red Cross set for the event.

The impact that those 34 units can have to help save lives is remarkable. Thank you to all that helped to make it a successful event!

During the month of August, you will receive a $15 gift card and free A1C screening when you donate blood!

Join Camp Do Good! Seek adventure, embrace community and make a lasting impression on others. Give blood and help save lives.

This August, the heat is on to find blood donors! Summer can be a challenging time to find enough people to donate. Donors of all blood types are needed now, especially those with type O blood. Those who come to give blood during our drive August 21, 2025 at the Elkins office, will receive a $15 e-gift card to a merchant of choice and the Red Cross will perform free A1C testing, commonly used to screen for prediabetes and diabetes, on successful donations. (Do not fast before you donate; one test result per donor in a 12-month period.)

August is Happiness Happens Month. Do good, give blood and inspire happiness!
