I’m Dr. Melisa, an integrative psychotherapist and guide for highly sensitive, deep-feeling humans who are tired of surviving and ready to remember who they are.

The Willow Tree & Me is a space where trauma-informed psychotherapy meets nature, nervous system healing, and ancient wisdom. My work weaves together modern clinical approaches with eco-somatic practices, tele nature therapy, mindfulness, and soul-centered healing.

Sometimes we don’t see ourselves clearly at all—
we see through the echo of our old scars,
instead of the moment we are actually living in.
