I have over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates and 20+ years of teaching dance and May Pilates. I am constantly working to be an exceptional teacher and continue learning. I have been working with many students over 60 and enjoy helping them to gain mobility, strength and balance. Visit Breath Centered (previously Pilates for Every Body)for small-class and personalized Pilates with comprehensively trained and fully-certified Pilates teachers, who certified through well-known programs, such as Balanced Body, PHI, and Pilates Academy International. We don't just know the exercises, we know how to work with all kinds of bodies!
