A Healthy Spine is a happy spine.

Did you know I created Aerial Decompress as offering to support & heal back & body pain? In my twenties I suffered from severe back injury and trauma and that part of my journey got me into discovering holistic modalities. Yoga on the mat was my first exploration which eventually got me to explore other modalities , and eventually yoga inside the silks- which like yoga was and still is a profound tool for my own transformation, not just physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I am a true testimony and i want to help support you to feeling your most optimal.

When the spine is compressed, it causes the vertebrae to hit or squeeze the inter-vertebral discs, which can radiate pain through the limbs or cause herniations. While aerial yoga is no substitute for medical treatment, its a fantastic alternative holistic route that can help relieve pain and pressure in the spine associated with these conditions. Look at it like this, another tool in your toolbox.

You know what they say, a healthy spine is a happy spine.

Gong Bath Cocoon Is a deeply nurturing immersive space for YOU to
relax and restore while being gently but firmly held inside the comfortable hammock of silks all while being bathed in the healing vibrations of sound & frequencies.

During a Gong Bath Cocoon, you cozy up with a blanket and pillow ( if you choose) while being suspended inside yoga aerial silks. Practioner strikes a gong & several sacred instruments to emphasize intentional moments during the session.

The sound produced is a sacred portal through which you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. You begin to realize your infinite potential , perhaps emotional release, pain relief.

The womb-like feeling of floating combined with the soothing sound vibrations of the gong is an immersive healing experience. You’ll come away feeling calmer, happier, more connected to your soul essence, and with a greater sense of well-being.

Please wear non-constricting, light-weight clothing and bring a blanket, small pillow, and socks for your comfort.
