The West Virgina Adult Grief Group is an offshoot of the West Virginia Family Grief Center that closed its doors in 2025 after 22 years assisting families in their grief journeys. At that time the adult grief group opted to stay in operation as a strictly volunteer group with a facilitator. The group gathers to collectively assist each other with the loss of parents, siblings, spouses, and children. We offer an atmosphere of hope and healing where people can share their feelings and experiences after losing their loved ones and to let each of us know we are not alone in our journey.
