Massage by Elizabeth I specialize in MFR I love working with connective tissue-NJ licensed medical massage therapist. I am a Licensed & Certified Massage Therapist.

This has truly become my passion. I am working on becoming nationally board certified. I am medically certified in massage. Together we can work to alleviate your everyday stresses and get your muscles in tune with your consciousness. I assist my clients by getting their muscles and their fascia back into alignment and teaching them how to stay healthy by manipulating and releasing their own tension. I evaluate your needs and establish a maintenance plan so that we can work together and maintain a healthy balance.

Every body is different and every massage is unique- My goal is to intuitively customize the massage to your needs, whether you are suffering from every day acute pain or just need time on the table to unwind and re-balance yourself. I am here to help you get your muscles and your body working together as a whole. Each custom massage will include some of my favorite modalities that I change up to fit each client in a specific way. You can expect a session to integrate Myofascia Therapy, Reflexology, stretching and soft tissue techniques. During session you can expect a complete circle of body and energy work which comes from my heart. Together we will facilitate healing to the muscles and the body as a whole.

I continue to be passionate about learning new techniques that will help reduce and possibly help healing to the individual. Taking charge of our own health is important. I believe in nurturing our bodies with exercise and yoga, whole foods, and holistic wellness. Simply be aware of what we are feeding our bodies and not just with food. ​Preventative healthcare and finding balance in life is the key to being our best self and I'd love to help you on your path to total wellness.
