Struggling with posture, coordination, or difficulty sitting still? It could be linked to the STNR (Symmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex)—a primitive reflex that plays a key role in early development.

When this reflex doesn’t fully integrate, kids may have trouble sitting still, maintaining proper posture, or coordinating upper and lower body movements. Ask your child’s OT if you have these concerns!
