In Little Rock, Arkansas, incarcerated youth are learning they are more than just their mistakes.

Hear what lead facilitator, Lo Patt has to share-
“Through the practice of yoga, students start to expand. Aligning with the practice, they steadily build awareness and connection between their mind, body, and spirit.

Many of these young people have experienced profound trauma and may have never had healthy coping strategies modeled for them. Eventually, I see even the most guarded students learn something as simple and powerful as closing their eyes and placing a hand over their heart.

It is powerful to witness our trauma impacted youth, especially Black youth, who are disproportionately incarcerated, experiencing even a moment of joy, restoration, or self-confidence. Many of the students I teach also navigate learning challenges and have been repeatedly discouraged from trying. In our classes, we create space to rebuild that trust and effort.”

I always love the opportunity to work with student athletes ♥️
Today we got to yoga with the Sacred Heart Catholic School softball team.
They did an excellent job! They were kind and respectful and a joy to teach.
Thank you to their coach, Taylor Berry for having us and knowing the importance of taking care of the whole body. Athletes work so hard, and it’s necessary to give them the knowledge of how to properly take care of their minds and bodies.

Thank you, for going with me and supporting these ladies!

Never mind folks. We tried to get this rescheduled for maximum relaxation before the holidays, but timing & additional events just made it impossible. Yoga this month in Morrilton is CANCELED. Be sure to return in 2026!

It’s ok to slow down. It necessary actually 💜

“But Mary stood outside the tomb crying.” (John 20:11)

But Mary lingered.

While the other disciples after having seen that the tomb was empty, they left.

But Mary remained.

Then Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene and comforted her heart.

There is a lesson in that one small verse for us all.

Maybe what we are seeking can only be found when we slow down and pause.

When we remain.

When we linger long enough to find what we are looking for.

Perhaps when we pause long enough to cry out to Him and allow ourselves to need Him, He will indeed be found of us.

Sometimes what we need isn’t found in the rushing, striving, or scurrying about, but in the settling down and waiting for Jesus to appear.

May you find time to quietly wait on the risen Savior today. And may your visit be just what your soul longs for and needs.

The first thing I do when I wake up is either walk outside or stand in front of our windows to let the sun hit my face. I definitely feel a positive shift in my mind, body, and spirit ☀️

Our Story

We are a small studio with a big heart! We love sharing all the benefits of a healthy mind and body with each person who walks through our doors!

**Monday 5:15 pm BEGINNER FLOW (learning to move with your breath in this beginner’s flow class... you are instructed each step of the way.. where to place your hands and feet and cues for correct alignment are given throughout the class)

**Tuesday 5:15 pm BARRE (this is a higher intensity class that focuses on muscle endurance)

**Wednesday 11:30 am SLOW FLOW YOGA ( learning to move with the breath in a slower manner), 4:30-5:15 pm CALM YOGA (taking time to slow the mind and body by practicing breathing exercises and more calming and gentle yoga stretches)
