Choosing kindness, compassion, and forgiveness today.
One thing that helps me when I’m working through forgiveness toward someone who has hurt me or a loved one is the realization that God loves that person just as much as He loves me.

I had the best time working with the Morrilton High School Band 💕
They were some of the best kids (and the directors were great too!) Everyone was kind, respectful, and attentive. I know they have worked so hard and will continue to do so throughout the year.
Can you imagine the focus they must have to march, play, and perform?! Especially in this heat!!
We worked on things they can incorporate to improve their breath control, strength, and balance.
Be sure to go support this amazing group of students! They will have their first performance at the maroon and gray game this Friday 🤍
Shoutout to UADA Conway County Family & Consumer Sciences- Shannon Autrey for always supporting, loving, and sharing yoga! Thank you for setting this up.

I had the privilege of working with some of the wonderful staff at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute
on Petit Jean Mountain last week. I got to share the many benefits of yoga and mindful movement in ways that can improve our overall wellbeing along with ways to keep ourselves healthy and happy while at work.
Being able to connect with people through this yoga business is such a blessing. It is an honor to bring Peace of Mine to individuals and businesses.
Thank you Carlon-Strain Kristi for inviting me to WRI! I loved it 💜
And of course… had to stop at Petit Jean Coffeehouse & Mercantile for some yummy coffee and lunch 🥰

School starts back soon and that means our routine will need to shift a little..

We are a small studio with a big heart! We love sharing all the benefits of a healthy mind and body with each person who walks through our doors!
**Monday 5:15 pm BEGINNER FLOW (learning to move with your breath in this beginner’s flow class... you are instructed each step of the way.. where to place your hands and feet and cues for correct alignment are given throughout the class)
**Tuesday 5:15 pm BARRE (this is a higher intensity class that focuses on muscle endurance)
**Wednesday 11:30 am SLOW FLOW YOGA ( learning to move with the breath in a slower manner), 4:30-5:15 pm CALM YOGA (taking time to slow the mind and body by practicing breathing exercises and more calming and gentle yoga stretches)
**Thursday 5:20 pm INTERMEDIATE FLOW (recommended for those who have some experience in yoga...stepping our beginner’s flow up here.
**Saturday 10:00 am alternates YIN YANG YOGA (beginner accessible.. finding movement and stillness in one class) and BEGINNER YOGA (learning to move with your breath and finding an understanding of the postures we practice in class)
The second and fourth Saturday of every month is a donation class benefiting Room 29:11 in Morrilton. They work with foster and guardianship families and children to provide the essentials every child deserves. Since this is a donation class it does not count as one of your purchased monthly package visits.
**Every other Sunday 3:00 pm (1st and 3rd Sunday’s) BEGINNER YOGA (learning to move with your breath and finding understanding of the postures we practice in class)
**POP UP CLASSES** these are classes that our instructors randomly hold at the studio. Watch for announcements of these here on our page.
