Day Three - More Grace Lodge Improvements! Windows and furniture cleaned, walls stained (after sanding), doors and tables sanded and stained. Kitchen cleaned up. It looked magnificent! All volunteers!

📢 We’re Hiring – Director of Development (Part-Time)
Camp Mitchell, Inc. is looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven fundraiser to join our team! This remote, part-time role (approx. 20 hrs/week) will lead fundraising, donor development, grant writing, and special events to help sustain our mission atop beautiful Petit Jean Mountain.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Nonprofit fundraising experience
✅ Grant writing skills
✅ Event planning know-how
✅ Strategic fundraising insight
Flexible schedule. Remote work. Occasional on-site visits.

Thank you to all the Directors, Counselors, Leaders in Training, Nurses, Volunteers and Staff who made Summer Camp 2025 a success. Over 360 campers joined us on the mountain for a memorable summer!

What a week! Primary Camp 2025!

Our session staff brought the theme of Monsters Inc. to teach all about the power of laughter and joy! We made our own monsters, had an all camp swim, showed off our AMAZING talents, enjoyed a dance party, and of course played hard! Thank you session staff for making this week so scary good! We can’t wait to see y’all next year!

That’s a wrap on Senior High 2025! We had such an amazing week filled with fun, love, joy, High School Musical, and some rainstorms. Eventually the sky cleared and we were able to get to all the activities we love outside! We crafted, we gardened, we played, we swam, and so much more! Thank you sessions staff for all you did to bring this week to life!

Senior High Camp concluded today with Eucharist from Father Michael. Thank you to our session staff for an amazing week of music, fun, and fellowship on the mountain.
