Representatives from ArcMorris had the wonderful opportunity of attending Family Life Night hosted by the Bishop McLaughlin Council of the Knights of Columbus #3495. We were joined by many amazing nonprofits, service organizations, and members of our community dedicated to serving others. It was a fantastic evening filled with generosity, connection, and shared purpose.

We are grateful to the Bishop McLaughlin Council for their incredible donation! Their members are deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities, and we are so grateful for their ongoing support.

A heartfelt thank you to the Long Valley Knights of Columbus #10419 for their generous donation!

Yesterday, members from the council joined us for a tour of the Flanders Day Habilitation Center and met many of the individuals whose lives will be directly touched by their generosity.

We are honored and grateful to receive their continued support in fulfilling our mission of making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Today, two outstanding young ladies from Chatham joined us to provide a meaningful volunteer experience to persons supported by ArcMorris programs. As part of her Girl Scouts experience and to earn her Gold Award, Madeline partnered with ArcMorris and bridges_outreach to empower persons with disabilities to assemble hygiene kits to distribute to unhoused persons in our communities. In total 500 kits were assembled today. Participants also had the option to Color a Smile to be mailed to our Troops. Thank you to all who participated in this wonderful day of service!

Today, Doug J. joined our Director of Development, Marketing, and PR, Laura Jennings Pitt, to speak at the The Denville Rotary Club.

Doug shared his journey with Project College, the Morris County Recreation Program (MCARP), and other impactful programs at ArcMorris.

Their presentation highlighted the power of self-advocacy and the importance of building strong community connections.

A heartfelt thank you to the Denville Rotary Club for welcoming us and supporting inclusion and opportunity for all.

Today, individuals supported by our Prevocational Program attended the kick off event for the self-guided, historic preservation driving tour.

The tour includes 18 historic sites throughout Morris County that have been preserved by the investment of the Morris County Commissioners. Created by the in partnership with the Morris County Office of Planning and Preservation, and with input from the larger Morris County history community, the tour is available at www.morriscountyhistory.org/drive.

We look forward to visiting more sites throughout the summer (hopefully on some less hot days!).
