Hey everyone!

Meta has made some changes recently to the business pages and I wanted to update you all on how to best navigate these changes and what no longer works.

‼️The biggest change is you can no longer choose the service you would like when booking, it just gives you 30 minute appointment options. Please- when booking through the business page just pick what time you would like to start and then let me know if you are wanting an hour or 90 minute massage, so I can make sure that appointments are not overlapping.

Some other changes made are as follows:

❌I can no longer edit/reschedule appointments when you book them and the time I have available does not accommodate your service, you will have to schedule a new time slot.

❌I can no longer create appointments for you, you must create them on your end.

❌Appointment confirmations and reminders are in universal time(but if you click view details it pops up as the correct time🤦🏽‍♀️)

While I know these changes are not ideal, until I find a new system to use to better book appointments we are going to try to work with this.
