📣 Join Us for a Meat Raffle Fundraiser!

🐴 Benefitting If Wishes Were Horses Equine-Assisted Therapy Program

Come out for a fun night in support of a life-changing cause! Our annual Meat Raffle Fundraiser is happening Friday, November 21 at 6:00 PM. Tickets are just $1 each, so bring your friends and your lucky streak!

All proceeds go directly toward scholarships for clients with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the chance to experience the healing power of horses.

We’re gratefully accepting USDA-inspected meat donations for the raffle.

Introducing the newest members of the herd, sweet baby Georgia and mom, Indie! Come meet this adorable pair at our annual hog roast this weekend—Saturday, September 20, 3PM.

While Georgia is privately owned, Indie was donated to be a program horse! Once Indie is acclimated to her new home and a new routine, we will start teaching her the ins and outs of being a therapy horse.

These two are Tennessee Walking Horses, known for their smooth, easy gaits and sweet, easy temperaments to match. They are adjusting so well to life at If Wishes Were Horses! (5 year-old pictured for scale 😉)

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the University of Minnesota, Morris students who used their Labor Day to help us clean and polish tack, wash horses, and clean outbuildings. These young people were out washing horses in the middle of a sudden downpour, and were all joy and smiles the entire time! Thank you all for your selfless service and love for our four-legged friends!
